What are the benefits of temporary jobs?

When and how do I get paid?


Our preferred method of payment is BACS transfer, which is processed weekly with payments made each Friday.


When and how will I receive payslips?


Payslips are posted each week to the address supplied at registrations, sent 2nd class delivery on a Wednesday for delivery each Friday.


Where do I obtain a weekly timesheet?


Weekly timesheets can be downloaded in our ‘Downloads’ section. If you are unable to access this service please contact your consultant directly and we can arrange for a timesheet to be emailed or posted.


What is the Timesheet Deadline?


Timesheets must be received by 12pm each Monday to represent the hours worked the previous week.


What do I do if I do not receive a payslip?


If you have not received your weekly payslip please contact your consultant directly.


What do I do if I have a payroll query?


If you have a payroll query please contact your consultant directly.


What do I do if I am leaving?


Please alert your consultant and complete and return a Leavers form, which can be found in our ‘Downloads’ section.


How do I know what my tax code is?


Your allocated tax code determines how your income tax is calculated. If we do not receive a P45 or P46 (can be found in our ‘Downloads’ section) your default tax code will be Basic Rate (BR). Please ensure you submit a P45/P46 to your consultant.
