Where do I obtain a weekly timesheet?
Weekly timesheets can be downloaded here
. If you are unable to access this service please contact your consultant directly and we can arrange for a timesheet to be emailed or posted.
What is the Timesheet Deadlines?
Timesheets must be received by 12noon each Monday to represent the hours worked the previous week.
When and how do I get paid?
Our preferred method of payment is BACS transfer, therefore please provide your bank details to your consultant. Please download the relevant Temping Pack for your local office below. Our BACS transfer is processed weekly and payment is made each Friday.
When and how will I receive payslips?
Payslips are posted each week to the address supplied at registrations. Please ensure if you are moving property you ask your consultant to update your address details. Payslips are sent 2nd class delivery on a Wednesday for delivery each Friday.
What do I do if I do not receive a payslip?

What do I do if I have a payroll query?

What do I do if I am leaving?
Please alert your consultant and complete and return a
Leavers form
.
How do I know what my tax code is?
Your allocated tax code determines how your income tax is calculated. If we do not receive a P45 or
P46
your default tax code will be Basic Rate ( BR). Please ensure you submit a P45/P46 to your consultant.
Do I accrue holiday pay?
Yes, please refer to our starter pack for more information (see below for relevant office Temping Pack).
