Role Overview:
The Mutual Funds Reconciliations Team is responsible for the reconciliation of all assets held on behalf of clients. The Mutual Funds Reconciliations Officer is responsible for identifying and resolving mutual fund issues relating to assets held by our client with third parties including fund managers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- To monitor investment transactions and the receipt of manual / electronic investment confirmations from brokers and mutual fund managers for transactional reconciliations.
- To investigate and clear variances/breaks from reconciliations as and when required.
- To ensure that all breaks are resolved and cleared within a given timeframe.
- To cross-train on all other mutual funds process to provide leave cover as and when required.
- To update managed funds procedures in accordance with any changes to the managed funds process.
Experience Required:
- Previous operations experience a must.
- A strong interest in operations, particularly Reconciliations.
- Strong educational background.
