Our client is a pioneering and assertive Investment Company based in the Centre of the Capital. Due to their continued success, and proven reputation for promoting highly valued staff internally, there is an opening for a Mutual Funds Dealer.
Role Overview:
The Mutual Funds Dealing Team is responsible for the Processing orders, executing trade confirmation and resolving mutual fund issues.
Responsibilities:
- To process investment transactions and the receipt of manual / electronic investment confirmations from brokers and mutual fund managers.
- To settle all trades or distribution in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in the investigation and clearance of variances/breaks from reconciliations as and when required.
- To cross-train on all other mutual funds process to provide leave cover as and when required.
- To update mutual funds procedures in accordance with any changes to the managed funds process.
- To assist other team members with Mutual Funds issues and breaches as and when required.
Experience Required:
- Previous operations experience a must.
- A strong interest in operations, particularly Dealing.
- Strong educational background.
