I have had a fantastic experience with Change, from early on they really understood my skill set and where I am looking to take my career and presented me with fantastic opportunities that are all totally relative to what I was looking for.  My consultant at Change was also on hand as a point of contact whenever I needed him post securing the role, something that I am not experiencing in other industries (just bought a flat and sales office people are nowhere to be found). Following the great experience I have had with Change I have recommended them to numerous colleagues.
