Our History

 

Change Recruitment Group was founded in 1970 as Douglas Llambias Associates, rebranding to its current form in 2000. In 2006, the business completed a £14 million MBO and was backed by NBGI Private Equity with advice from Baker Tilly and debt provided by Clydesdale Bank.

 

We have consistently recruited for many of Scotland’s leading employers on a preferred supplier basis since inception. Operating from our offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow we have built our multi-divisional business model to enable us to support our clients total business whilst providing cost-effective solutions.

 

We first moved into International recruitment in 2003 and have built an innovative recruitment model which has allowed us to capitalise on buoyant markets and to deliver high quality international opportunities to professionals in our chosen sectors. Our International business has achieved phenomenal growth from one consultant to over fifty since it was established.

 

Company growth in terms of recruitment consultants and service delivery has been continually achieved by adhering to the highest possible quality standards and by an uncompromising commitment to achieving excellence. Change Recruitment Group is also continually pursuing a long-term strategy of providing a robust and professional service by breaking down traditional barriers in recruitment consultancy and sourcing the best candidates and opportunities globally.
